THE LIVING AREA.
	The bedroom and living room are interconnected with a full bathroom on the east side. There are two large closets in the bedroom and open faced cabinets in the bath.

SOUTH FACING FOR SOLAR GAIN.
	The casita has double-pane insulated windows and solar heat from a large collector. The solar collector also pre-heats the casita's hot water. In the summer the solar collector vents can be switched to passively exhaust heated air from the interior of the casita to the outside, without compromising the hot water heating capabilities.

FULL-SIZE BATH

The casita has a full-size bath and a low water use RV/marine flush toilet, the same as the main house. If a person wants to rent both the main house and the casita and still keep track of the tenants and what’s going on, they can hook up to the RV space that has electrical, water, sewer, phone and a landline Internet hookup available. The RV space can be rented out if someone is living in the rental and in the main house. We haven’t pursued that because we have a motorhome.
