OUTSIDE OF THE CASITA.
	The casita is very efficient and is warm in the winter and cool in the summer with low utility bills. A great rental unit and perfect for care giving.

THE RENTAL UNIT/THE CASITA
	The Rental unit has a single carport attached on the west side, which could be made into another room, and a two car carport on the east side. COVERED AREA FOR CARS AND LOTS OF STORAGE
	The two car carport on the east side has overhead storage and room for our garden equipment. The sides are fibeglass panels to allow in maximum light. The floors are adobe but can be easily converted to concrete if so desired.
