DESIGNED FOR TWO, BUT EASILY EXPANDED
	Come in and we'll take a tour of the inside of the house. We designed and built the house ourselves. Our belief is that a house should be very low maintenance, user friendly, cozy, convenient and designed with a couple in mind. The house is constructed to allow for easy expansion or two bedrooms if so desired.

OPEN AND FRIENDLY
	The half wall between the kitchen and living room makes the entire house look more open, friendlier and larger. Conversations between the kitchen and living room are easier and more fun. Pots and pans are hung above the counters allowing for better access, and the arrangement gives you more under cabinet space for other items.

WORK AT HOME AND SAVE.
	This is where we used to work. Now, we're working from our motor home. We’ve been planning an Internet based lifestyle for a period of years. The house is designed and set-up to best take advantage of those plans. Now, we can do our businesses from anywhere that has an Internet connection, and we've rented the house.

COZY WITH HIS AND HER CLOSETS
	The Bedroom is cozy and the walk-in closet is large enough for all our clothes, his on one side and hers on the other.

SPACE EFFICIENT BATHROOM

You can't tell much about the bathroom looking through the door from the storage room. The bath has a bath/shower, single sink commode and a low water use RV/marine type flush tiolet. The storage room has the washing machine, a spare refrigerator, lots of shelves, and other storage, a door into the greenhouse/solarium and the water heater that is plumbed for a solar pre-heater that I've never installed.
